Description: Feasibility study for a mixed use building in Inglewood, CA.  The building consists of ground floor retail and office space with two levels of residential units.  The upper level included a roof top swimming pool, community room and open space.  The design incorporated solar panel towers while the corner retail space is designated for high end retail.


Services: Site assessments, conceptual designs, 3D renderings, feasibility study executive summary & rough order of magnitude.

Objectives: To assist Gibson Holdings with a feasibility study to provide comprehensive information for future investors.
