Experience

With over 30 years of international and national experience in the architectural design and construction industries, Joel has participated in various public sector projects as a senior project manager. He is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable with all CAD production and the coordination of digital documentation. He is also capable of providing comprehensive Building Information Models (BIM) and three dimensional visuals, as well as, coordinating every engineering discipline associated with project development.

Mr. Silva brings extensive knowledge and experience in the production, coordination and management of project drawings, and provides valuable leadership in a Project Management position. Early in his career, he served in various management positions for various architectural and engineering firms including RTK Architects, Inc. and RJPE Engineers and Architects.

Mr. Silva performed as designer, construction manager and administrator for LLDM International, participating in projects in Guadalajara and Mexico City, Mexico.
