CALTRANS LEASE AGREEMENT - CITY OF LYNWOOD
Description: The City of Lynwood is negotiating with Caltrans for the lease of 6.5 acres of area beneath the Glenn Anderson 105 Freeway. The City is looking to maximize parking spaces under the existing overpass to accommodate future developments, as well as provide parking for community growth. Our Team designed an efficient solution, which meet City requirements, while providing security lighting, aesthetic pathways and a unique entry feature.
Services: Site assessment, site survey, conceptual design, conceptual grading and landscape designs and rendered entry feature.
Objectives: To assist the City of Lynwood with a conceptual design solution for lease negotiations with Caltrans for development.
