Description: Design includes a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above the existing garage in the City of Long Beach, CA. The new ADU features a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the second floor and 2-car garage on the ground floor.

 

Services: Conceptual design, agency approvals.

 

Objectives: To assist our Client with the construction of a new ADU and renovation of their family home, we provided preliminary timeline milestones, estimated project costs, and projected real estate value after the completion of the new addition.
